I have been using the operating system Ubuntu since its first version (in my first laptop, a Toshiba, in my university years) and have been a fan ever since.

This year marks my 20th year using Ubuntu so I wanted to start to give back to express my appreciation.

Drawing on my passions for photography and design, I’ve decided to try to contribute to the upcoming 24.04 LTS (Long-Term Support) release by participating in the wallpaper competition.

Yesterday the winners were announced and I got 1st place in the two categories I’m participating. (Mascot and Nature). So next version will include my three images.
